  1. User Consent

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal data when you visit our Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept our practices as described here. We collect different types of data for various purposes, outlined in detail in this Policy. You have the option to manage your data preferences and opt-in or out of specific uses. We value your privacy and strive to use your data in a way that is beneficial to you and in accordance with your choices.

  1. A Note About Children.

Carmedis is committed to protecting children’s privacy. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13 years old. This includes names, email addresses, online identifiers, or any other information that can be used to identify an individual. If you believe we might have collected personal data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at hello@carmedis.com. We will promptly delete the information or, if appropriate, de-identify it to protect the child’s privacy. We encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children’s online activity and to teach them safe internet practices.

These laws may have varying levels of protection for your personal data. We transfer your data to the United States for [specific reasons, e.g., cloud storage, data analytics]. We take appropriate security measures to protect your data during transfer and storage, such as [encryption, data anonymization]. If you choose not to consent to data transfer, you may not be able to use all of our services.
